The Position
Full Time, Remote 

At ETFLogic, the Client Success Associate (CSA) educates clients and creates content to grow and maintain successful, productive relationships. The CSA will leverage their interpersonal skills and financial markets knowledge to guide clients in accessing the full capabilities and benefits of LOGICLY. The CSA is a key role that sits between sales, marketing, and product teams, and optimizes the client experience, positions our services, and obtains client referrals. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • U.S. work authorization 

  • 2+ years of experience in a support or client service role in the financial industry

  • Knowledge of financial products – ETFs, equities, fixed income, and mutual funds

  • Demonstrated passion for empowering and inspiring confident outcomes

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable wearing many hats to meet business objectives

  • Previous experience working with financial advisors preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities across organizational levels   

  • Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Has grit, determination, enviable worth ethic, and strong attention to detail and process

  • Outstanding conversational, listening, and writing skills

  • Experience using HubSpot CRM to support client relationships and track progress

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound client questions regarding LOGICLY via HubSpot Service Chat requests
  • Assist with troubleshooting data or technical issues, creating service tickets, and escalating to management when necessary

  • Act as a client advocate in advancing product roadmap requests within the company

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to create educational content (videos, infographics, etc.) for different client segments

  • Create/enhance onboarding process and creative assets for new clients while providing high touch, white-glove service 

  • Monitor client usage and activity on LOGICLY and proactively identify opportunities to engage with clients

  • Host regular check-ins with clients to evaluate usage, discuss/demo other key platform benefits, and manage the overall client relationship
